If you’re not sitting Indian style, you’re not meditating the right way. Not true! You can meditate lying down. You can meditate standing up. Anything can be meditation. It’s about being in a relaxed state. For instance, dancing, singing, cooking, coloring, doing yoga, sun gazing, nature walks, grounding, hugging a tree or trees, laughing.
